Two US pilots shot down by ‘friendly fire’ over Red Sea

An FA-18 Super Hornet fighter jet had just taken off from the USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier when it was "mistakenly fired on" by another US vessel, the military said. Both pilots survived.
